Partnership Delivers ‘Paperless Office’ Software to North American CODA Financials Customers

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire (October 27, 2010) – Florida-based document management and imaging software provider, V1 Document Management, today announces its partnership with UNIT4 CODA, Inc.

Under the terms of the partnership, UNIT4 CODA is re-selling V1 Document Management’s electronic document storage, document authorization and data capture software solutions, which will be tightly integrated into its CODA Financials accounting system.

CODA Financials customers across North America can now electronically store, retrieve and authorize all their financial documents, including purchase orders, invoices and statements, directly from their accounting system, eliminating the inefficient filing and manual approval of paper documents. Using V1 Document Management’s data capture solution, DbCapture, CODA Financials customers can also cut the manual data entry of invoice information by up to 90 per cent, significantly streamlining invoice processing efficiency.
