UNIT4 N.V. (“UNIT4”), a leading global business software supplier, listed on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext, which on 31 May 2010 announced a public tender offer (the “Offer”) to acquire 100% of the shares in Teta S.A. (“Teta”), today announces the start of the squeeze-out process to acquire the remaining 6,99% of the Teta shares.

After UNIT4 has acquired 100% of the Teta shares, UNIT4 intends to de-list Teta from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
