Verizon Websites Powered by Intuit Helps Small Businesses Attract and Retain Customers

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (August 31, 2010) – A new alliance between Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq:INTU) and Verizon Communications Inc. provides small businesses with a complete package of Internet connectivity and Web marketing tools designed to help get more customers and win more business in the online world.

Through the agreement, Verizon will offer Verizon Websites powered by Intuit and Intuit’s Web Listings service, which submits business information to more than 100 major local search sites to help local customers find the business.
