With one-click, Intacct MAX lets users convert an opportunity into a booked sales order. Intacct then takes over implementing rules for billing, revenue recognition and even contract renewals. Invoices are issued at the proper times and shipments scheduled. Inventory and accounts receivable are updated automatically. All relevant customer and order data within Salesforce populates Intacct’s financial system of record automatically too, saving time, costs and errors caused by manually re-entering opportunity data.
