Relationship Unites Leaders in Software as a Service Financial Management and Professional Services Automation

SAN JOSE, Calf. and AUSTIN, Texas (September 12, 2008) –

Intacct, a leader in on-demand financial management and accounting applications, and QuickArrow, a leader in SaaS Services Automation, today announced they have partnered to bridge the gap between service delivery and finance by seamlessly integrating their products. The result is a combined solution offering best-of-breed project management, resource management, financial management and accounting, to help services teams increase agility and profitability while delivering the highest level of quality to clients.

In addition to integrating their market leading Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, the two companies will leverage their joint networks to distribute the combined solution throughout the services industry and also to additional industries in which services success is essential to profitability and growth.

Kevin Bury, QuickArrow CEO commented, “The days of the application software suite are behind us. Suites evolved in the 90’s as a trade off between best-of-breed functionality and a need to reduce integration complexity.” He added, “In a SaaS world powered by Web Services, you no longer have to choose between the two – so we’re thrilled to be working with Intacct to offer the market the best of both worlds.”

“Intacct is delighted to enter into this partnership with QuickArrow, the best-of-breed leader in SaaS Services Automation,” said Mike Braun, president and CEO of Intacct. “This alliance is part of our ongoing vision to create an open, on-demand ecosystem that provides Intacct customers with the choice to deploy leading SaaS applications like QuickArrow – and where the vendors, rather than our clients, are responsible for ensuring successful integrations.”

The new integration between Intacct and QuickArrow is called QuickConnectIT for Intacct and is available immediately. With this announcement, QuickArrow joins Intacct’s open, on-demand partner network that includes SaaS and open-source leaders like Adaptive Planning, ADP, Avalara, Avankia, Boomi, CompuPay, IBM, Ingres, LucidEra, OpenAir, Pervasive, and Zuora.
